Five students from the CFMTA community are selected to perform for and receive guidance from highly acclaimed pianists and professors. Participating students must be able to miss school for this event. Excused absence letters will be provided.
This event is open to the public and held in front of a small audience. Attendance is recommended, but I can only provide excused absence letters to participating students. |

Owen was invited to the Huu Mai Masterclass hosted by CFMTA. He did a phenomenal job performing the incredibly difficult 3rd Movement of Franz Schubert's Sonata in A Major, D. 664. Congratulations, Owen!

Four students from our local community were chosen to participate in this amazing opportunity.
Although Masterclasses are usually held in front of a live audience, CFMTA decided to provide an alternative format this year due to COVID considerations. Robert Henry was gracious enough to accommodate our students by giving each one a 30-minute private lesson. All four of these students are currently preparing for the upcoming GMTA Auditions Competition. They are so lucky to receive further guidance from such an accomplished pianist!
