Op. 740 No. 2 - Carl Czerny
Etudes can be quite a pain to learn, but always worth the reward. There are no etudes more under-appreciated than Czerny's even though they are always so much fun to explore. Many hidden gems!

Victoria - William Byrde (c1540-1623)
I'll be honest, I disliked early music in my youth—now, I can't get enough of it. This particular piece was most likely written for the spinet virginal (a keyboard instrument and predecessor of the piano). It's fun playing around with the counterpoint here, finding the main theme so expertly hidden by the composer within each of the short variations.

Aria from The Goldberg Variations, BWV 988 - Johann Sebastian Bach
A slow Bach piece after a long day—there's nothing as joyous and peaceful.

Grand Piano Sonata in G, Op. 37a, Mvt. I: Moderato e risoluto - Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
This one took a great deal of work, due to length more so than anything else.
My memory is clearly not what it used to be. By the time I had a third of it memorized, I had already forgotten a previous chunk.
Note to self: stay away from these long pieces. (I have already ignored this advice.)

Piano Sonata in D, K. 311, Mvt III - W. A. Mozart
I miss the beautiful sound of this piano from the 1800's, but the hammers kept sticking to strings and instantly muting them.
You can hear it happening all throughout this performance.
Apologies for the hoodie too; wasn't expecting company!

Toccata - Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck
Came across this interesting early Baroque piece in an anthology.
I had to record it, or risk forgetting its existence!
